Navy Crew Camp Payment Instructions

After completing the application, your camp payment is due within 48 hours to secure your spot. Applications received without timely payment are subject to cancellation. If you are applying for a camp that is close to maximum capacity, the payment link below will be removed. Instead, your application will be reviewed to verify there is space in the camp and we will email you the payment link separately. If the camp becomes full, you will automatically be added to the wait list.

Note: if registering for multiple camps, you need only pay one $15 credit card fee as long as you pay for them at the same time. To do so, click on one of the camp payment links, add the camp to your cart with the camper's name, then open the second camp up in a new tab and add the second camp to the cart. Your cart should then reflect two (or more) camps with only one $15 credit card fee.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to June 1, refunds will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee (plus $15 credit card fee). Effective June 1 up to 24 hours prior to the start of your camp's session, cancellations will be refunded at 50% (plus the $15 credit card fee). Cancellations for any reason after the 24 hour window will not be refunded.

Discounts
NCAA rules prohibit free/reduced camp admissions for prospect-aged athletes. Additionally, and unfortunately, Navy Sport Camps do not offer military discounts due to the large volume of campers from military families.
