Dorm and Dining Hall
All of our campers will be staying in Bancroft Hall, the same dorm that houses all of our Midshipmen students during the regular school year. The Navy Crew Camp will have our own floor/hallway of the dorm which will be monitored 24/7 by our coaches and counselors. Each room sleeps 2-4 per room and has its own shower and sink area. Common bathrooms with toilets are located on each end of the hallway. We will accommodate roommate requests to share a room. If we have large groups, we will place them in rooms next to each other. To add or change a roommate request, email navycrewcamp@gmail.com.
King Hall is our dining facility, where our campers will be provided three meals per day. The campers will be served wholesome family-style meals at each table, but will also have cereal, fruit, salads, and deserts available at each meal.
*Unfortunately, our dining hall does not cater to any food allergies. They will also not provide ingredients to their daily menu. However, we have many students with food allergies attend our camp. Many of our campers with food allergies will pick the food they know they can eat and bring supplemental snacks to keep in the dorm room.

Transportation
At no additional cost, the Navy Crew Camp transports campers to and from Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airport and BWI Amtrak Train Station. We do not offer transportation to/from any other airports. This service is only offered on the day of check-in and the day of check-out. *We are unable to participate in the airlines' and trains' unaccompanied minor program so campers must get themselves outside of security on arrival and check-in on their own for departure.

Please keep the following important things in mind, when making flight/train reservations:
- Flights must land at BWI on Sunday no later than 3:00 PM, while trains must arrive at BWI Train Station no later than 3:20 PM.
- Campers will be picked up at the Observation Gallery of the BWI Airport (between B and C concourses) at 3:30 PM. The Observation Gallery is on the upper level of the airport next to Urban Burger and directly behind the American Airline Ticket Counter. The meeting spot is outside of security, so the campers can pick up their luggage at baggage claim and then head upstairs to the Observation Gallery.
- Campers arriving by train will be picked up directly in front of the small train station at 3:45 PM. Our staff will be riding along on the Navy Camp Bus and will be collecting campers at each stop.
- For return transportation, the camp bus will deliver campers on the last day of camp to the BWI Airport at approximately 11:00 AM and to the BWI Train Station at approximately 11:20 AM.
- Please arrange flight departures on the last day after 1:00 PM and train departures after 11:45 AM.
- If you would like to take advantage of this free camp shuttle service, please fill out the following Navy Crew Camp Transportation Form. If your plans change, you can fill out the form again or email us with the changes at navycrewcamp@gmail.com.
- If arriving flights or trains are delayed beyond a reasonable time frame, the campers will need to take a taxi/Uber to the US Naval Academy (Gate 1 - Main Gate), where our staff will pick them up.
