Chris Allsopp, Co-Director:  Navy Director of Boathouse Operations. Former member of seven U.S. National and Olympic Rowing Teams, Pan Am Games silver medalist, U.S. National Team Assistant Coach 1983-1984, over 20 years of high school and college coaching experience. 

Robert Friedrich, Co-Director:  Associate Head Coach - Navy Heavyweight Rowing, former U.S. National Team Member, Assistant Coach-U.S. National Women's Rowing Team, former Head Lightweight Crew Coach at Rutgers University, 10 years of coaching experience. 

Steve Perry: Head Coach - Navy Lightweight Crew, former Dartmouth Head Lightweight Crew Coach, Head Coach U.S. Under-23 Women's Rowing Team.

Rick Clothier:  Director of Rowing - U.S. Naval Academy, Head Coach - Navy Heavyweight Rowing, over 35 years of successful intercollegiate coaching, coached 1975 and 1983 Pan Am Games crews to Gold Medals.

Fred Borchelt: Former Harvard Freshmen Coach; U.S. National Team member and Olympic Silver Medalist in the Men's Eight; Rutgers University graduate; current St. John's HS Freshmen Coach.

Lindsey Brown: St. Andrew's School (DE), Head Boys Coach; U.S. National Team Alumnus; Williams College graduate.

Dick Curtis: Salisbury School, Head Coach; U.S. National Team Alumnus; Boston University graduate.

Larry Gluckman: Trinity College, Directory of Rowing and Head Coach for Men's Rowing; former Head Coach at Dartmouth College, Princeton University, and Columbia University; former U.S. National Team athlete and coach; Northeastern University graduate.

Dale Hurley:  Philips Academy Andover, Assistant Coach; former Naval Academy Crew Coach; former Blair Academy Coach; five-time U.S. National Lightweight Rowing Team member; World Championship bronze medalist, U.S. Naval Academy graduate.

Justin Livezey: Naval Academy Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach; former Siena College S&C Coach; former Villanova S&C Assistant Coach; former St. Petersburg Devil Rays S&C Assistant Coach; West Chester University graduate.

Dan Sayner: Putney School, Assistant Coach; former Phillips Exeter Academy Assistant Coach; U.S. National Team Alumnus; Naval Academy graduate.

Stew Stokes: Colby College Director of Rowing; former Trinity College Assistant Coach; former UMass Coach; U.S. National Team Alumnus; UMass graduate.
